Butterflies on Gold Silk Jacquard
A truly beautiful silk jacquard brocade with largeish butterflies on a muted gold base. Ideal for cheongsam dresses, skirts, trousers, jackets and light weight coats as well as accessories. Approx width: 92cm. Sold by the HALF metre (50cms).
Estimated to be: Post 1980s.
Composition: Silk Satin Jacquard, has a bit of substance.
Main Colours: Muted gold, mauve, pinks & green.
Drape: The woven fabric is mid weight with some structure has a bit of drape.
Condition: Unused ‘new’ condition from a private collection. It looks pretty much perfect.
