All items are checked at the point of fulfilment. Every effort is made to ensure that the goods purchased are 100% as described and free of damages and defects (unless listed as such). Due to the nature of dead stock fabrics (discontinued lines, excess stock from factories/mills & seconds/minor defects) there may be minor faults or variations. Minor faults or imperfections on or close to the selvedge are considered still useable and will not be deemed as defects, or reason for return. Approximate measurements of products are quoted on our site and your failure to take note of the size of a product will not be deemed as a reason for it’s return. We are always happy to provide additional photos or videos to share more detail on any specific fabrics you are interested in.
We endeavour to give as an accurate description of all products to our knowledge. Missy Mop Fabrics specialises in dead-stock fabrics, due to the nature of dead-stock fabrics composition and care labels are rarely available and so products are described to the best of our knowledge. Every effort is taken to show photographs that represent the products accurately however please note that due to variations in monitor settings, colours in photographs may vary and may differ. If you have any additional questions please contact us via email prior to ordering.
Goods (see exceptions below) are refundable if they are in perfect resealable condition and returned within 14 days of receipt.
Please note Missy Mop Fabrics is unable to offer refunds or exchanges on any fabrics or trimming goods ordered, including cut lengths, remnants, and those which have been cut to a specific length for your order. The exception where the item is found to be faulty, in which case, we would firstly offer a replacement or exchange subject to more stock being available.
Please note, items which were listed on the website as faulty, damaged, sale, clearance, discounted items or remnants are non returnable.
If you are not entirely satisfied with any other product (other than stated above) you may return them to us within 14 days of receipt, You must notify us beforehand and by email. Do not return your item until you have received a return code.
Please note any return but must be at your cost (unless items are faulty) and must be returned by a tracked delivery method. Only once we have received the item(s) back into stock and checked that they are in their original condition as supplied, will we be able to process an exchange or refund.
We refund you via your original method of payment eg. credit card or debit card or to your PayPal account.
