True vintage. 100% cotton light to mid weight towelling. Suitable for beachwear and accessories, tops & dresses. Approx width 90cm, approx length 260cm. Sold as a piece.
Age: Estimated to be 1950s-70s.
Composition: 100% cotton/ Light to mid weight. Terry cloth/towelling.
Main Colours: Green, white, blue, red, black, orange & yellow.
Drape: The fabric is lightweight and floaty with lots of drape.
Condition: Unused condition. Both selvedges in tact.
Missy Mop says: These days its really hard to find good quality ‘new’ vintage towelling. Most vintage pieces of towelling you find are often reclaimed from towels or curtains, this is not reclaimed. This one despite its age appears to be in very good condition, there are a couple of small not significant pulls (see photos) Ideal for beachwear and accessories.
