Vintage Stripe Wool Tweed/160cm
100% vintage British wool with stripes with different directional weave designs. Even more beautiful in reality. Light to mid weight tweed, soft to the touch. Ideal for jackets, trousers, skirts etc. Approx width is 150cm, approx length 160cm.
Age: Estimated to be 1980s
Composition: 100% wool.
Main Colours: Muted tones of reds, browns, beiges and blue. The photo with the ruler is the closest but it is still a bit deeper. The colours look lighter in the photo, in reality they are much richer and deeper. The red is not rust like as in some of the photos it is a deeper red.
Drape: The cloth is mid weight, with a lovely drape and soft to the touch.
Condition: Perfect as ‘New’. Unused condition. Both selvedges in tact.
