Jerry Shimmer

70s/80s inspired shimmery lurex fabric with some subtle pleating on the face of the fabric. This one is really unusual and very striking but not ‘brassy’ or cheap looking. It’s a quality fabric, very soft, slinky, assumed to be polyester, viscose and lurex. It creases ever so slightly.

Missy Mop Says: What makes this so special is the colour it is a muted gold khaki/taupe colour with the slightest hint of mauve. Please note it has been difficult to capture the colour, but the photos aren’t too bad. Would make an incredible 70s 80s jumpsuit, maxi dress and although its not strictly a plissé fabric (it will need hemming) it could make a fabulous Fortuny style dress.
